It can get really expensive, really fast even if you’re only 1 day late with a project delivery. Final interior cleanup is the detailed cleaning after construction wraps up. It involves vacuuming carpets, cleaning floors, wiping down all kitchen and bathroom surfaces, cleaning window sills, removing adhesive from doors, removing dust from walls, windows and appliances. Other tasks include removing dust from light fixtures, ceiling fans, duct work and vents. When the last crew leaves the site, someone has to get rid of all the dust and debris left behind. If you’re a busy contractor, real estate agent or homeowner, you might want to call in a professional to do that, we pay attention to every detail, leaving nothing behind to distract potential buyers from the craftsmanship.

If you are considering using your own home as a vacation rental, here are some recommendations:

• Consider making one of the closets or cabinets one that locks it is useful for extra supplies and linens.
• Having two lock boxes outside the home (one hidden) is useful in case your renter locks themselves out. No need to send  someone with an extra key.
• Having a check out list of things the renter is responsible for such as turning off all lights, taking out the garbage.  Most renters are agreeable to doing these  types of things.
• It is up to you what you would like to provide for your renters, but a well-stocked home with games, videos and outdoor  playing equipment such as bicycles and beach   toys will help to bring your renters back next season.

Essentially, deep cleaning is about clearing out the things you no longer use, while at the same time doing a deep cleaning of the entire house. Deep cleaning can be overwhelming why not hire a professional maid service, our professional well trained techs are here to the rescue!

It is essential to get a first time deep cleaning if you are signing up for weekly, biweekly or every 3 to 4 weeks.

If you are switching cleaning services, you may not need such a deep clean, we can look at your home with you to determine what needs to be done in that case. During the initial cleaning time we go over the entire space touching everything possible to ensure we don’t leave something without cleaning (within reason of course and depending on your budget). First cleanings are always on an hourly rate of $70 for (2) maids, average first cleaning takes about 3 to 4 hours with (2) maids. Regular Service after the first cleaning is subject to a substantial discount depending on the frequency of cleaning. Weekly services is our best value saving you up to 20% on each cleaning. We will review with you our cleaning techniques and answer any questions you may have regarding professional housekeeping services.
